Hi! I’m Inés. After some changes and challenges in my life, I started studying about women’s health, hormonal health and mental health through yoga and coaching, and I am delving into the intersection of these worlds. I also feel a deep attraction to the mystery of pregnancy and birth, and it would be an honor to support other women in that transition and moment of their lives.
